It's Garden Month for August
During the month of August we celebrate the bountiful produce coming from our fields. We offer several programs that our guests can participate in during the month, including a day in the life of the farmer, farmstead tours, seed preservation talks, cooking classes with our chefs and more!
The highlight of the month is our Wednesday night garden dinners, which feature much of the gardens current produce that the chefs convert into wonderful culinary masterpieces. The chef creations are further enhanced by warm summer breezes, the scents of flowers blooming in the cutting garden, a full moon rising over the hills in the east, the warm glow of lanterns hanging in the trees and the soft melodies from Abigail's fiddle linger in the heavy August night air.
